We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a well-established, business on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within a small finance team, managing the purchase ledger while providing support across sales ledger, administration, and compliance. 

What will the Purchase Ledger Assistant role involve?

  • Managing end-to-end purchase ledger processing
  • Conducting supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assisting with the preparation of the payment run
  • Supporting with the sales ledger and credit control responsibilities

Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy:

  • Past experience in a similar role
  • Basic Excel skills - ability to manipulate data
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
