A well-established, family-run construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee refurbishment projects across the Lancashire and Manchester areas.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a range of refurbishment schemes, including:
- NHS projects across Lancashire
- HMO refurbishment within a listed building in Manchester
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard will be a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Monitoring project progress and maintaining quality standards
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects
- Experience within healthcare (NHS) and/or residential/HMO projects desirable
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full set of relevant Site Management certifications
