What you’ll be doing
Managing mechanical project delivery from pre-construction handover through to completion
Leading site teams including Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors
Driving programme delivery and ensuring key milestones are achieved
Managing project budgets, cost control, and commercial performance alongside Quantity Surveyors
Coordinating procurement and management of long-lead mechanical plant and equipment
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors
Managing subcontractor performance, productivity, and quality standards
Identifying and managing project risks, variations, and technical challenges
Ensuring all works are delivered safely and in line with EHSQ requirements
Leading commissioning activities and supporting successful project handover
Providing regular progress updates, reporting, and forecasting to senior management
Driving quality standards and snag-free delivery across projects
